Egg Harbor has brought a new level of design and production to its new 43. The 43 features a Michael Peters designed bottom, the key to high levels of comfort and performance in any seas. The new concave bottom with shaft pockets allows for lesser shaft angles, thus creating a more level riding boat with less draft. The new 43 carries a 16-degree deadrise at the transom to deliver a smooth, stable ride.
The Focal point of the bridge on the 43 is the console with a retractable electronics box. The centerline helm chair and companion pedestal chair to port offer a clear view fore and aft. Forward there is comfortable lounge seating for crew and guests. Rod storage is provided on the starboard side of the bridge.
The Egg 43 cockpit is spacious, functional and full of nifty storage compartments. You will find storage, an icebox, and access to the engine room. A starboard module offers a tackle center with fresh-water sink. Boarding box and transom door to port are standard. Conveniently installed in the cockpit sole, the large fishbox drains through a macerator pump. Fresh and saltwater spigots are to starboard.
Egg Harbor has always been known for outstanding interior fit and finish, and in recent years, the interiors have matched those found only in high-end custom yachts. The gloss finish, real teak veneers and solid teak moldings throughout each Egg Harbor apart from the competition.
The salon features a designer sectional sofa and cockpit table to starboard, with an optional dinette. Egg Harbor offers you a choice of three layouts in the salon to fit the owners lifestyle. The stepped-down functional U-shaped galley design allows full communications with the salon. Standard galley equipment includes designer counters, sink and faucet, a tw-burner stove, microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer. The forward, master stateroom features a centerline queen-size island berth, climate controls, spacious lockers, drawers and stowage, a lighted, cedar-lined hanging locker, full-length mirror, and overhead hatch with screen and sunshade. The starboard guest stateroom has a full size bed with under bed stowage, nightstand, linen drawers and lighted, cedar-lined hanging locker.
Egg Harbor uses a semi-custom, flexible-manufacturing process to precision-build limited numbers of luxury yachts, ranging in length from 35 to 65 feet. All Egg Harbor Yachts are backed by a five-year hull warranty.
